The scope call is a working conversation with the designer who would lead your renovation. We read your plan, name the risky parts, and tell you which documents you actually need. It is free and it comes with no obligation to continue.

Where the studio works, and where it does not

  • Designed: apartments, private houses and small commercial interiors of 45 m² and above, in Kyiv and the wider region.
  • Documented: numbered, revision-controlled sheet sets plus a material schedule with article codes and quantities.
  • Not offered: decoration-only consultancy without drawings, furniture retail, and turnkey construction contracting.
  • Outside Kyiv: remote documentation is possible; supervision visits are quoted per trip.

Indicative design fees depend on area, the number of wet zones, layout complexity and documentation depth. Construction costs are never part of a design fee.
