1. Service provider

This website is operated by kymtorix.com LLC, Office 4, Business Center Leonardo, 7 Bohdana Khmelnytskoho St, Kyiv, 01030, Ukraine, EDRPOU 42452033, email contact@kymtorix.com, phone +380 970 347 7138. 2. Scope of services

We provide interior design services and renovation documentation: concept and space planning, drawings and specifications, material and finish schedules, and author supervision. The exact scope is defined in a separate written agreement.

3. Website use

The site is for information and enquiries. You agree not to misuse it, attempt unauthorised access, or copy content for commercial use without permission.

4. Client responsibilities

• Providing accurate project information and site access.
• Timely approvals and decisions.
• Obtaining permits and hiring contractors.

5. Contractors and permits

We do not perform construction works. Verification of contractors, licences and permits is the client's responsibility. Documentation we issue is not a construction permit.

6. Estimates and pricing

Published figures are indicative and not a binding offer. Final pricing is confirmed in writing after a site survey and agreed scope.

7. Contract and acceptance

A contract is concluded in writing; acceptance may be confirmed by signed document or email confirmation from the client.

8. Complaints and consumer rights

Complaints may be sent to contact@kymtorix.com and are handled within the statutory period. Consumer rights apply under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' dated 12.05.1991.

9. Advertising claims

All marketing statements are truthful and substantiated in line with Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР 'On Advertising' dated 03.07.1996.

10. Privacy and cookies

Personal data is processed under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 25.06.2023. Non-essential cookies require your prior opt-in consent; see our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice.

11. Liability

We are liable within the limits of the concluded contract. We are not liable for third-party actions, contractor works, or decisions made contrary to our written recommendations.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine; disputes are heard by the competent courts of Kyiv.
