- Contact and lead form data: name, email, phone, project details, message text.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process data to answer enquiries, prepare estimates and provide services. Processing relies on your consent and on the performance of a contract, in line with Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 25.06.2023.
4. Consent
Before submitting a form you are informed of the controller, the purpose, the data categories, the retention period and your rights. Consent is given by the affirmative action of sending the form and may be withdrawn at any time by writing to contact@kymtorix.com.
5. Retention
Enquiry data is stored for up to 24 months from the last contact, or longer where retention is required by law. Data is then deleted or anonymised.
6. Sharing
Data may be shared with hosting, IT support and analytics providers acting as processors under contract, and with public authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data.
7. Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies are used without consent. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only after your opt-in. Details are set out in the Cookie Notice, under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 25.06.2023.
8. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw consent. Requests are handled within 30 days. You may lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

Service scope, pricing basis, timelines, acceptance of the contract and the complaint procedure are described in the Terms of Service, under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' dated 12.05.1991. All advertising claims are truthful and substantiated in line with Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' dated 03.07.1996.
